What does iodine value 198 mean?
IV reflects unsaturation. 198 is a typical drying oil (IV > 130) — light texture that absorbs fast without film, which is why it nourishes "like fresh food" without greasiness.
How about oxidation stability?
Highly unsaturated oils risk oxidation, but inca oil naturally contains 0.2% γ/δ tocopherol; with fresh pressing & nitrogen packaging, shelf life is stable. See COA.

Dosage & compatibility?
